Preparing for motherhood doesn't have to be complicated. However, as a choice mother, there are a few additional details we must work out. In this course, you'll be given all the tools and resources required to set you on your way to your little one.

Oftentimes, it can feel overwhelming when we're given conflicting responses to those questions - whether it be while we're googling or polling our friends...
This course will provide you with fundamental information and leave you confident in your decision to embark on choice motherhood - like the badass mama you are ;)

MODULE II
In module two, we learn about the many options
regarding conception. How to choose the best option
for you and how to proceed. We create a list of non-negotiable options, what *should* be on that list, how to narrow down your options, and so much more.
MODULE V
In module five, we cover everything from postpartum recovery, managing life with a newborn and navigating questions from medical staff and strangers about baby. We also learn that it's okay to ask for help, especially as a single mother and tips for how to snag some R&R for yourself.
MODULE VI
In module six, we write our child's story. We gain the confidence to speak proudly of their story, their conception, our beautiful choice. We also learn ways for our children to answer "tough" questions as they grow up.

Stop putting your dream family on hold!
There is no time like right now to get the ball rolling. I do not believe in adding pressure to ourselves but this is one thing that can be time-sensitive. I suggest starting right away so at the very least, you have a complete "bucket" of knowledge and preparation now. Then, proceed at your own time with starting your family.
